Shuqiao is a very active student, staying physical through dance movement, to tennis to crossfit training. She decided to try Pilates after a dance instructor recommended it to address some alignment issues she was dealing with. Through her Pilates training, Shuqiao has developed a greater awareness of harmful postural habits throughout her day that carries into her sports training. She has also built a deeper core strength that she has been to apply to her other activities and hobbies. Her ability to correct old habits and alignment patterns has also improved tremendously.
